The Law of Attraction
The law of attraction is quite simple: like attracts like. We are similar to magnets, when we focus on positive thoughts, feelings, experiences we attract more of the same; however, if we spend our time and energy on the negative we gravitate towards more fulfilling situations and circumstances. Therefore, our goals is to tune in our radio station to a positive frequency not only in our thoughts, but especially in our emotions and body sensations. In visualizing your dreams, hopes, and life experiences through the use of therapeutic techniques such as: hypnosis, self-hypnosis, somatic experiences, psychodrama, Emotional Freedom Technique and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing it can happen more quickly with the guidance of a supportive and qualified therapist.
Other physical steps you can take concurrently on your own are cleaning out your garage to make space for a new car you want, taking a tour of a home to feed your fantasies or think of the qualities you want in a mate and living up to that list yourself. Another simple activity is creating a vision board. A vision board consists of using your imagination and adding the emotional feeling of abundance and possibilities as you cut out images from magazines that represent experiences, personal characteristics, people and opportunities you would like to have in your life. This method allows you to place an order with the universe, manifesting your future dreams right now and anticipate the treasures to come.
